Article - I - Name

The name of the Association shall be the Pondicherry Football Association (here in after referred to as the "Association") The Head quarters of the Association shall be situate in Pondicherry (at present having office at the Anna Tidal, Pondicherry).



Article - II - Jurisdiction

The area under jurisdiction of the Association shall comprise of the entire Territory of Pondicherry (hereinafter called the Union Territory) as at present defined in the constitution of India. The Association shall continue its present affiliation to the All India Football Federation.



Article - III - Colors and Crust

The color of the Association shall be in Maroon and Yellow, The flag of the Association shall be in Maroon and Yellow Color, with "6 pillars" in the centre.



Article - IV - Explanations and Definitions

1. In these Articles, unless there is anything repugnant to the subject or context, "Association" means the Pondicherry Football Association. 2. "Members "of the Association shall include an individual or an organization. 3. "Club" means an association which has "Football" as an activity and has constitution and rules and regulations to conduct its affairs. 4. "E.C" stands for the Executive Committee of the Association. 5. "A.I.F.F" stands for the All India Football Federation. 6. "Institution" means any Government, Municipal or corporate body, school or college or Factory, where all the members are on regular roles. 7. "Organization" means any club or regional Association which is member of the Association. 8. ‘Football" wherever used shall mean "Association" "Football".



Article - V - Association Year

The official year of the Association shall be from 1st January to 31st December of the year.
