Transfers of a player of member club, who desires to seek transfer to another member club under the jurisdiction of the Association, shall apply in person in a prescribed form at the office of the Association between 1st and 20th September. By the 25th September the Association shall announce on its notice board the name of such players applied for transfer. A player who has applied for transfer, can withdraw his application by applying in person at the office of the Association by 8 pm on 28th September. Transfers approved by the Executive Committee shall take effect from 1st October. Between 1st and 30th September, a player who has applied for transfer may play for the member club of which he is a registered player and not for the member club for which he has applied for transfer.

Note: The transfer and withdrawal applications must be signed by the players in the presence of the Hony Secretary or before the otherized officials of the Association in the office of the Association at Anna thidal, Pudhucherry.
