The executive committee shall be composed of:

1. President
2. Five vice president
3. A Honorary secretary
4. A Honorary treasurer
5. Five Honorary Assistant Secretary
6. Nine members elected from the nominated representatives of the member clubs.
7. Not more than two members to be elected from the nominated representatives of the regional association.
8. One member elected by the General body from among three life associate members at the annual general body meeting.
9. One member elected by the referees association.


Period of office of the executive committees

The committee shall hold office for four years or till the next executive committee is elected. Office bearer of the association may hold office as such for one or more terms of 4 years each on obtaining simple majority votes on the member present and voting in the election.
