  • Two Representatives from each permanent member clubs
  • Individual life associative not exceeding three in member to be elected by the executive committee
  • Regional associations with a membership of five clubs shall have one representative with one vote. If there are ten or more clubs in a member association, it shall have representatives at the rate of one for every 5 clubs
